How Scheana Shay Is Playing Matchmaker for Brittany Cartwright Amid Jax Taylor Divorce

Scheana Shay knows Brittany Cartwright will always be ScheanaShay good as gold.
Amid the Valley star’s ongoing divorce from her estranged husband Jax Taylor, Scheana is sharing an update on her close friend’s new chapter. And not only is Brittany raising her glass high to the future—but she may also be ready to get back into the dating pool.
In fact, the “Good as Gold” singer teased that she’s had a hand in matchmaking when it comes to the Bravo star.
“I have done that a little bit already,” Scheana, who recently celebrated National Vodka Day at the Smirnoff Spicy Tamarind Glam Bar event, told E! News in an exclusive interview. “So, stay tuned, but she is in a really good place.”
As Scheana explained, Brittany—who is mom to son Cruz, 3—is all about looking ahead and leaving the past behind.
“She is such a strong woman,” Scheana added. “I am so extremely proud of her that she finally left a toxic situation. She's putting herself and her child first. She's doing incredible and she does everything at that house, so she is going to be perfectly fine. Cruz has the most incredible mother, and I'm just so proud of her.”
In addition to Scheana, Lala Kent is also in Brittany’s corner. “Lala and I were just in a group chat with her,” Scheana noted. “And we're just like, ‘We've got your back anything you need.’ She's family. We're here for her.”
Like Brittany, Scheana is also enjoying this season of her life.
“Right now, honestly, I feel pretty damn good,” Scheana, who is mom to Summer Moon, 3, with husband Brock Davies, told E!. “But at home, I'm a working mom. I'm not always glam, I don't always feel my best in that setting. But whenever I get to come out, come to a fun event, get dressed up, get my hair and makeup done, I feel nice.”
Which is all the more reason why celebrating with Smirnoff Spicy Tamarind for their event with Glamsquad had the Bravo star feeling pumped up.
“I'm obsessed with Smirnoff, specifically the Spicy Tamarind vodka,” she shared, adding, “It is Hispanic Heritage Month, and they’re partnered with Glamsquad. Makeup is such a big part of just being a Latina and just self-expression. The best vodka, the best glam, cool wardrobe, and it's just the beginning.”
